How does it work?
WhatsApp Support & Accountability: Receive 3 runs to complete each week and direct access to Lucy for any questions.
Group Motivation: Share your progress in the WhatsApp Group. Lucy will follow up to ensure you stay on track.
How long is the programme?
12 weeks (at least).
We don’t believe in “7 Day Shreds” or Quick Fix Programmes. Many people start Couch to 5k then quit halfway through or stop running again once it’s over.
We’re taking a “forever” approach, by charging you a low amount over a 12 week commitment. Together we will slowly build up your running distance and pace over time. Growing with you, your running goals and new healthy lifestyle.
We will assess what everyone in the group needs next after the programme ends.
What results should I expect to achieve?
If you follow the programme, you’ll be running at least 5km in 12 weeks. Most importantly, you’ll feel healthier, stronger, and have more mental clarity. Running will be normal and consistent part of your life.
Is it all online / virtual?
The 3 weekly runs will all be completed by you in your own time. There will however be lots of opportunities to run in person with Run of a Kind, we’d love you to join us!
